My name is James Nepaulsingh and I'm a coach based in Tokyo, Japan. I work in the professional services industry and I coach leaders.
In this podcast, you're going to hear from celebrities and leaders who are trying to overcome the struggles that we all face, but are usually too shy to talk to someone about.
I've studied Art and Design at the Royal College of Art in London, so I approach coaching through a creative lens. I try to make people think outside of the box and creatively when they approach their problems, sometimes focusing on artwork, drawing or music.
We are going to explore topics such as self love, work-life balance, returning to creativity and how to thrive as someone from an underrepresented group in a position of leadership.
You'll be joining the conversation after the coachee and I have set out the main coaching ethical ground rules.
